Returns

You can withdraw from any order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. That applies to garments and to our individually made objects alike.

How

Tell us by e-mail to hello@kurdistanshop.com with your order number, or use the model form on the Right of withdrawal page. Then send the items back within 14 days.

We send a prepaid label for returns from within the EU. From outside the EU, the return shipping is yours.

Refund

We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the original payment method. We may wait until the items are back with us or you have shown that you sent them.

Condition

Try things on the way you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value.
